Precision Coating for Pipeline Infrastructure

As required by regulation, an independent coating assessment was conducted beforehand. To meet customers strict standards, we applied a 1500 µm Polyurethane coating (Protegol UR32-55 by TIB Chemicals AG) according to DIN EN 10290, Type 3, Class B.

The solvent-free, high-performance coating ensures exceptional corrosion resistance for underground pipeline components.

For application, we used a WIWA Duomix 333, a specialized 2-component airless hot spray system, where preheated components A & B travel separately in dual hose packages and are only mixed at the spray gun via a static mixer for precise application.

Additionally, the interior coating was applied using FLOWLINER 337-96 S (Sherwin-Williams), a 2-component epoxy system designed for reduced friction resistance in gas pipelines.
