Corrosion Protection Coatings

Our high-performance coating systems provide reliable protection against corrosion, mechanical stress, chemical exposure and extreme temperatures. Whether for industrial applications, mechanical engineering or infrastructure projects, we offer customised solutions in accordance with ISO 12944, NORSOK M501 and ZTV-ING standards. This ensures long-term durability and the highest levels of safety and performance.

Hot Spray Coatings

For particularly demanding conditions, we offer high-performance coatings based on polyurethane (PUR) and epoxy resin (EP). These coatings are specially designed for steel pipes and fittings used in corrosive or mechanically stressed environments –  such as in energy and water infrastructure, both onshore and offshore. Thanks to their outstanding abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion and strong chemical resistance, they provide reliable, long-lasting protection even under heavy mechanical loads or exposure to aggressive media.

Multi-Component and Special Coatings

Our multi-component coating systems meet the highest standards – from seawater-resistant solutions for offshore applications (in accordance with NORSOK M-501) to ATEX coatings for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Our portfolio also includes drinking water coatings with DVGW approval. We develop customised solutions precisely tailored to the specific requirements of each customer.

Decontamination and Fire Protection Coatings

For particularly sensitive applications, we use decontaminable coatings that meet the highest safety standards. These coatings are employed in both the construction and dismantling of nuclear facilities and are tested for decontaminability in accordance with DIN ISO 8690. This ensures they can be reliably cleaned even under radiation exposure. For structural fire protection, our specialised fire protection coatings provide dependable performance in line with the highest fire resistance classes, actively contributing to the safety of buildings and industrial facilities.
